About me

I am a counsellor and Gestalt therapist with an undergraduate degree in Political, Economic and Social Sciences (USYD), postgraduate training in Psychology, and a Masters in Gestalt Psychotherapy (GTB). My Masters research explored the commodification of connection and the digitisation of dating.

I have several years of experience supporting couples, individuals, families, and teens, both in the therapy room and through my background in education, supporting young people with learning difficulties, neurodivergence and emotional well-being.

My own journey through separation with young children has deeply informed my work and fuels my passion for peaceful co-parenting, cooperative separation, and child-focused family support. I welcome all family structures, relationship constellations, and identities.

My therapeutic approach is client-led, grounded in Gestalt theory, evidence-based practice, and contemporary literature.

I offer sessions in person at Thrive (Mullumbimby), Cabarita, and online via Zoom.

You’re welcome to book a free 15-minute consult to see if we’re the right fit.
