About me
I am a Masters qualified, industry accredited counsellor (PACFA) and Gestalt psychotherapist with an undergraduate degree in political, economic and social sciences (USYD), postgraduate training in Psychology (UNE), a Masters in Gestalt Therapy (GTB), and Level 1 Gottman Couples Therapy. My masters research explored the commodification of connection and digitisation of dating in the modern world.
Before training as a therapist, I worked in politics, Steiner education, and supporting teens to navigate neurodivergence and achieve academic success. These experiences shaped my understanding of systems, power, communication, and human development and continue to inform my relational, trauma-informed, and neuro-affirming approach.
My own experiences of therapy, long-term partnership, separation and parenting has deeply informed my work and fuels my passion for supporting couples, teens and families to thrive. I welcome all family structures, relationship constellations, and identities.
My therapeutic approach is client-led, grounded in Gestalt theory, Gottman couples therapy theory, evidence-based practice, and contemporary literature.
Outside of my work, I value time in nature, movement, horse riding and simple daily rituals like cooking and reading - practices that help me stay grounded and present in my own life
I offer sessions in person at Thrive Clinic (Mullumbimby), Coastal Therapies (Cabarita) and online via Zoom.
You’re welcome to book a free 15-minute phone consult to see if I’m the right fit for you.
